I ordered with UG Because I had got scammed by another supplier and when something went haywire with the delivery process of my order I got angry. UG did not have to respond but they did they go out of their way to make sure my order got replaced but they were very patient and understanding with my angry rent They made everything good I was Very impressed with their professionalism their patients with me. They not only made my order right but with a bonus as well when I explained to them everything that I was getting on my end of the delivery they were very understanding and could not figure out what was going on either They made me a customer for life very loyal to UG They are awesome if there is a problem contact them Tell them the truth and they will make it right

@cisabell we know UGFreak are not scammers. They have high quality support and high quality gear. @ugfreak is always on the forums helping and trying his best to please the customers.

To everyone wondering about this case. In short, and without giving away too many details:

The customer didn't receive his order at first, although we had sent it. Some odd mailing issue. Something, that had nothing to do with UGFREAK. The customer thought he was scammed. Obviously that wasn't the case. He wouldn't believe us and that's why he says, that he had an angry rant. We were understanding of that. We reshipped his order and added some bonus products, due to the inconvenience. Before that parcel even arrived, he ended up receiving the original order anyways. And he made sure to update us when he received both the original order and the reshipped one.

It was an unfortunate event, which proved we weren't scamming him, and now he has found a source he can trust, and we've gained a loyal customer!

@ugfreak is awesome. Very few if any sources take care of customers this well.

I am now 100% convinced to order from them, I'll put in my order in June after this cycle PCT is done. Thinking para pharma trenbolone and winstrol but have not decided on the full stack.
