UGFreak.to need a rep help I’m pissed!

What is going on with ugfreak.to? Placed my order 2 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my package yet. I’m pissed off bigtime. I need my stuff asap cause I have a vacation coming up in 8 weeks and I’m running out of time. My parents spent thousands for this trip for me and now I’m gonna waste it. I just need to know what is going on. Used these guys like 3x and always fast, now they are slow.
Where are their reps to reach out to you when you got a problem?
 
2 weeks isn't enough time for international shipping as I told you in PM's.. your package is tracking. customs can hold a package for 2-4 weeks alone before they spit it out. once it clears customs it will take 4-5 days to get to you. looking at your tracking, it looks like it will get to you some time next week

just be patient, it will get to you man. we can't make customs and the post office work any faster but our packages will get to you safely and securely ! we guarantee ugfreak products!

International orders take 19-29 days in general
btw your trip has nothing to do with ugfreak
you knew it takes up to 30 days its on their site and quad told you
@ugfreak is legit and trusted and you already talking to their rep
 
ugfreak is legit, not sure what your problem is here
 
ugfreak will get you your stuff just be a little more patient
 
ugfreak is worth the wait, give it more then 2 weeks for international
