UGFreak.to not matching why?

Had a question on ugfreak. They are unwilling to match the prices and beat the prices of dragon Pharma. I made a 2K order with them and I sent them the screenshot of the dragon pharma being sold for $1500 same products. Plus I should have gotten another 10% off. So I was supposed to pay $1350 only.
Now they are saying they can’t match that but their website says they are supposed to. I feel cheated and insulted by this.

I will never understand people having issues with prices, you are paying for top tier quality gear, id rather pay a little more for that comfort factor.

Ugf always amazing deals and promotions for savings making your money go further when you utilize ugf.
