I'm always going to be honest in my reviews and this is no different
when it comes to Umbrella their products are excellent when it comes to quality. I’ve now tried their RAD, GW and nutrobal ..
delivery is always on time and the packaging is spot on
The only complaint i have is it is confusing who to get a hold of there. I had a question about delivery on a specific day because i don’t want the pack to sit in the mailbox. Took me doing a lot of digging to find the right person. But in the end all turned out well
I recommend them 100%

They literally have the easiest customer service I have ever seen.. They are extremely responsive and its very easy to get in touch with someone there so Im not sure where you were having trouble but maybe you glossed over the contact us area on the site but it should be very very easy to use..
