US PharmaPCT lost my packs

I ordered from USPharmaPCT twice and both times they lost my package
in both instances it said delivered but in both instances it wasn't my house that it got delivered to. This makes me think either it's a scam where they send it off and deliver to themselves or they put the wrong shipping information.
