Using something ahead of blood draw

I'm going to the doctor to get my blood drawn and he's going to check my health markers.
it's a very important check out because it's going to determine my future insurance rates
problem is I use steroids the past couple years pretty aggressively. What supplements can I take ahead of my blood work to help things be normal

I would use some n2guard 10 caps ed with a lot of water and clean up your diet
