I read that multi vitamins don’t do much of anything in the body because whatever you take just gets pushed through and isn’t absorbed. How much of that is true? When I take them I noticed my urine turns weird colors like orange so I’m assuming that is them being expelled by the body

Low quality multi vitamins dont do much you're right, but high quality multi vitamins organ support like n2guard is fully absorbed by the body.
