Update- I took a day off of the gym. Not sure if I’m going tomorrow. I’m not sure if it’s a diet or just how hard I’ve been pushing it at the gym, but my muscles have been locking up on me and I have not had no energy at all if you have any ideas how to fix this please let me know.

and when you say locking up, you mean like spasm?
do you take any electrolytes now? n2guard? taurine?

Update- I’m not sure why it changed for me but it has. I do not look forward to going to the gym no more or to pin. I have pimples from my upper body to my head and I can’t stand it.
