Approved Log My 1st Testosterone Enanthate Anavar Cycle Log

This was meant to show my progress specifically in the lat area, shoulder, and pecs. All three or these areas I've never really built before and have been a weak point for me but I've treated every muscle with equal importance since I started and hopefully everything is balancing correctly. Also this is my progress so far as well.

@bossbigzz Good to see that, you know, your weaknesses and your strengths.

This is one of the things that a lot of people fail to recognize.

It and it prevents them from improving.
Is crazy to think my training is based around workouts I absolutely hate. Then towards the end of the month I don't end up hating them after all. Except legs I'll always hate training them lol well leg presses aren't that bad it's just squats i can't stand. So naturally I do a lot of squats and different variations because I know the things I hate are because it's my weak area and feels harder to do. So I work that stuff out till it's comfortable. So I should always progress as long as I keep training things that I hate.

Thanks man I really appreciate the compliment. I put 2 hours a day in the gym even though I work 14hr days. It took a lot of dedication because I had to give up getting 8hrs a sleep and now only get 5-7hrs a day. I made sacrifices in order to get in better shape. That's why I don't post often is i actually don't have the time lol I'm not one of those people that just say they don't have time i really mean it because even right now posting this I'm losing sleep the longer I'm on here typing. And when I say losing sleep I mean this is cutting into my 5-7hrs of rest i get a night. So yes thank you sir for the kind words

Had the time today to post today's meal. May not be the healthiest but it sure isn't the most unhealthy either. Red beans and rice with i think sausage bits in it and fish but not sure what kind of fish.

I don't wanna get leaner though. I'm enjoying the bulky look. I'm inevitably going to lean out but I'm trying to hold on to the thickness because I feel like that's the only thing giving me my strength and I really like how it looks over being lean and cut. I've always been cut before and feel like it makes me look like a kid.
why? you need more muscle not more fat to look bulky bro @bossbigzz

Well i mean I'm already getting more muscle. I'm not gaining any fat and I am getting leaner i just wasn't trying to speed up the process is all of getting leaner. It's happening regardless I just didn't wanna look skinny and small from it. The only fat in not ok with is the love handles but everything else I'm ok with.
