Please read- I was gonna cook steak when I got home but I remembered all of it is frozen so I was gonna stop at the store to pick up a steak but it was storming and it was 730 so I just ate what I had left in the fridge

Post workout- 42g protein shake with honey
Lunch- hamburger wrap and two protein muffin
Dinner-two hamburger patties, carrots and sushi bake
Snack- protein yogurt,, protein bar
