looks like you are keeping your protein super high. what % of the hamburgers are fat? i usually get 80/20 but i like 90/10 too

@Justlearning22 I like how your meals are consistent. But at the same time, you should consider changing things up a little bit. Eating the same things day in and day out aren't the best option.

Please read- I was gonna cook steak when I got home but I remembered all of it is frozen so I was gonna stop at the store to pick up a steak but it was storming and it was 730 so I just ate what I had left in the fridge

if you want to defrost a steak fast, throw it into boiling water for like 5min
you still kept it strong
