@starboy dropping the fats to 100-120 and upping protein to 90-100g made a huge difference. My digestion is way better

yes if you want to switch to a retatrutide regiment go to fat level 100 with protein 100 with carbs moderate closer to 100 as well

Oh I didn’t take the test for the macro switch yet. This reading was a little lower cause I was inactive yesterday but it was still the 140f 80p macros.
