This is actually my log from yesterday, as I worked until 2 AM last night. Hit my last full body workout on my training regiment. Starting today, I started 2 days on one day off schedule. That includes an upper workout, a lower workout, and then a rest day. Very excited to get this new training schedule going. This last full body workout was a good one. I was able to hit new pr numbers on reps. I finally was able to get past 10 reps of 205, and I was able to hit 11 during this workout. I also upped the weight on my lower body movements, and still crushed the rep count. For hack squat, I upped the weight by 20 pounds from last time, and I was still out of the rep range. Feels good, I definitely feel so much stronger, especially my legs. I will be posting another log tonight for today's workout and macros.
