Instead of taking a rest day today, I decided to workout today and tomorrow and rest Saturday. Saturday is a long work day for me, so a rest day makes the most sense to me. I did not want to lose a lift, so I had to make a little change. What a great upper body workout today! I have moved to 3 working sets instead of 2. We are going heavy, heavy, back off for sets. Strength has recently shot up! I love to see the weekly improvements on the numbers. I absolutely love this new workout schedule. I made a quick little stop at Costco and picked up some of the essentials (pictured below). With the reta added in this week, I can already feel the appetite suppression effects from it. I am still getting all of my macros needed, but I no longer am so hungry and want to snack at night time, which is great! Monday will be injection number 2 of reta. I now have 10 weeks left on this current cycle, and then we will be lowering test in half, and adding in 210 mg of mast p a week. Can't wait to see what this year has in store! Also had a touch down of the test E from Us-pharmacies.net i will be switching to from cyp. Big shout out to US-pharmacies for always providing top notch product for a great price!
