Have not updated in a few days..
A year ago my bench was 250 max, and I could hit 225 maybe 3 times..

The other night I hit 225x10, 250x5, 275x2
(I tweaked my wrist before my set of 250, I forgot weight on one side after adding from 225 and my wrist didn't like the lift off. Haha)

Started back pinning Sun night. Gyno seems to be resolving, ordered more nolva and primo. I'll hang on to primo for now.

Since this bulk seems to be shot, im switching to a cut.

500mg/T
200mg/Deca (for now, will drop to 25mg for lubrication and to rid as much water retention as possible)
600mg/wk Tren E
800mg/wk EQ
50mg/day Var
6iu GH

Going to try to stay 400 cal deficit. Eggs/turkey/ck/tuna, rice, fruit, yogurt, almond butter.. pretty much it. Ha

dont stop nolvadex even when you back on cycle
 
240 lbs to 230 lbs in last two weeks
Water weight reduced for sure.

Skin clearing up after pinning a week, after skipping 2 weeks.

Still taking nolva.

Idk if I have 25 pounds to lose, but goal is from 240 to 215.
