Tried some beef tongue today I’d say it tasted good not sure if there any benefits compared to normal red meat

I see you are getting into ketosis soon, you're close IMO under 50 carbs and high fat/protein
in about 5 days you will feel like new man, takes about 5-7 days in ketosis to star burning fat for energy instead of carbs
