Mostly new york strip or 1lbs ground beef with eggs every morning, high protein / fat during lunch, lastly carbs less than 80g a day in dinner with some protein and little fats.

Mostly new york strip or 1lbs ground beef with eggs every morning, high protein / fat during lunch, lastly carbs less than 80g a day in dinner with some protein and little fats.
I only consume carbs 1 meal a day and it’s dinner, never go over 70G of carbs a day with 0 sugar as possible.
Winny and var will helps a lot on top of my test/eq right? I am really hopeful it will be the perfect stack for last 7 weeks before i go back to cruise again.
