Diet was same as always but I need to find something that's quick and easy to eat right before the gym because my second meal of chicken with rice & broccoli is around 2 and I don't get to the gym until 4:30. I'm thinking of a protein bar. I'm hungry all the time lol. 400mg of test blend pinned with 100mg npp. I'm doing every 4 days for test, the dose is a little higher but blast means blast.
