Hi sorry for not updating for the past couple months I recently had the unfortunate news that a family member I was close with had died. I had spent the time grieving taking time off the gym to spend it with my family. I believe I am ready to get back into it. I’ve started training this week and will post a log of my workout tmrw. My goal is still to cut and hope you all can continue to steer me in the right direction. Sorry again for the inactivity

Walking is more but Swimming is a less than before that's because of pool hours compared to the pool being open all day, it’s open in 45 min intervals. I also have less free time so I get up at 6 am to swim. Ketone strip posted below from thsi morning
