Hey guys just a update, I’ve been struggling a lot with mental health lately and addiction, I have been always telling myself, I can do it alone, I can stop this, maybe if I take this for a few days because it’s a different receptor, or alright one bigger dose then we will just taper with the rest easy, 1/2/3/4 years later, all my transformations have been while inducing in opioids, and I’ll say and admit, I’ve managed to buy a beautiful home get 200k job on the rail, but still living with this daily lie to myself, and my wife, using fake urine, preaching to people, don’t do that it’s stupid, but 15 mins later I am at the next chemist getting another bottle, so satisfy my addiction. Now here we are thought I could get the help of a psychiatrist get Ritalin, now let me tell you bad move if you have strong impulses, because now 3 weeks later 300 pills gone snorted, you are about to ruin everything you have dreamed of 2 baby girls and a third on the way. So please just bear with me for a week, let some positive endorphins kick in and I will be back .

IM sorry if this is not an intended updated, but being to embarrassed to speak about it, and keep it in, is a way to never get out of it .

I have decided to drop to TBOL to cleanse the liver for a little

Cycle will run like this

Mast e 150mg E4D
Test e 175mg E4D
Decca 150mgE4D
Cardarine 30mg ED

Supps

Protein- SSD cheap eBay brand I’ve used it for years now 5kg for $132 I love it .

Creatine-any brand 5-10g daily

Pre workout- woman’s best, it’s actually pretty awesome just need 3 scoops for required needs will post a photo .

Vitimans
Milk thistle
Mega b complex
Vitamin B6
L-theanine
Triple strength omega 3
Magnesium powder

And I have just ordered some TUDCA/NAC, like many recommend I hope this one is correct.

My TDEE is 3200cal maintenance

4 sets lat pulled down x 15reps
4 sets wide grip rows x 15reps
4 set straight up pull down x 15 reps

Can’t wait to blow everyone’s minds with this transformation coming 🙏🏼

Another k skips in for today, tomorrow keen for a fresh week, start the week of with a push session

90% beef 1kg
80% beef 1kg

Add 2 x pasta sauce


Cook a bunch of rice

Each meal contains

250g white rice which I’ll drop 50g a week until at 150g

Meat with pasta sauce weights 250g so around 150g mince I’ll keep mince the same unless you think I should up it
 
well this little 5 week transformation is strictly skipping/heavy rope skipping, from the end of my mental health crisis with a few hiccups in the middle but at full force, down 8kgs, current weight 108.2kg morning weight, 116kg in the left,
I’ll do next photo at week 8 of actual log.
