Didn’t really end up taking pics until today but for the most part kept it really clean with Korean food. And some healthy Mexican food.

I also found a way to make cardio burn more calories while keeping my feet in better condition( currently blistered and once blistered peel lower level on skin Is exposed so a bunch of blood )

Instead of doing 20k steps and 30 min stair master
I’m doing 10k steps and 90 min stair master( new protocol burn 2-300 more calories) while preventing blisters and is quicker by 30 min

I used to do 20k steps on a treadmill which would end up being 11 miles and 30 min stair master but the downside was that the treadmill was giving me new blisters everyday. Then my feet would bleed at times.

I changed the cardio to where I’m doing less treadmill and more stair master. 90 min stair master and 10k steps. Since I can walk without shoes on the stair master my feet can have easier access to air and don’t end up with blisters caused by running shoe humidity

and if you got blisters its the shoes
Bro I’m not running I’m doing 3.5 speed walking. I think it’s partly the shoes because when I do short distance walking like 1.5hrs instead of 3.5 hrs I don’t get blisters
