1st cycle help please

hello! everyone on anabolex :) my first cycle is here!
dmz 4 weeks
Nolvadren XT 4 weeks
how strong would this be for me?

I want a lot of good results but not sure how good this will be.
I'm looking to get lean and buff.
28/280lbs a bit heavy 6'4
 
That's going to do nothing for you. DMZ isn't that strong anyhow.
I would go with sarms or light steroid cycle over this weak dmz run.
 
it doesnt sound like you are in any kind of shape to be using steroids, not to mention, why on earth would you run a prohormone? what is your body fat? lean and buff? are you three years old? lol buff? what is your specific goal man?

I'm gonna guess you're carrying a LOT of fat - so get that off first
 
you have to change how you eat first. lots of perma bulkers at the gym these days just eat too much. steroids are not going to help you here
 
Throw it out and start over. Honestly it isn't worth running. You really need to focus on diet or no PEDs will help anyways. Get that looked after first. I recommend looking into Cardarine and N2Slin to help with cutting.
 
Yeah this is going to end bad, who on earth suggested dmz any how ? Sarms or lite aas cycle, as said above take the fat off first
