1st cycle w/ anavar

Hey everyone looking for some advice on adding anavar to my TRT cycle; just got bloodwork done; total test is 1500; free test is 233; my doc didn't see any issues with the rest of my numbers. i'm going to start with 25mg tab of anavar for a 4 week cycle and would appreciate some advice on timing of the dose since i think its biodegradable and has about a 9 hr half life. i workout in the mid afternoon after work and need to know if it's best to take it on an empty stomach and if it should be taken before or after a workout. Here's a couple of other newbie questions: do i take it if i don't work out that day? any recommendations for workout routines that are more full body (i currently focus more on the major compound lifts and run a few miles)?

You split the anavar into 2 doses, AM dose and preworkout dose. You should also add liver/organ support for orals, like n2guard.
I suggest you take the anavar after food.

On days you dont train, you take the anavar AM and after lunch (also split dose).

Workouts, you should do a lot of high reps and intensity, anavar will help you shred up.
