I’m looking for help doing a split routine.
Just started training a year ago. Stuck to big compound lifts. Now I want to start moving to a split routine.
I’m gonna do a 3 day, 4 day and 5 day split routine. Need some advice on how best to run this style of training. Should I shoot for a specific split day or can I change it week by week?
