I would like to get some washboard abs going
my current body fat is 13% and I can start seeing my abs but I've got some pretty soft muscles right now
looking to harden them up
I'm going to be doing 45 seconds sets with 15 second rest and do five rounds of each
glute Bridge March
mountain climbers
Plank with knee tap
Anyone try this routine and how fast can you harden things up?
