Well there’s no section here for logs of any type so I’ll just post this here I guess?
So I want to start off by saying I can’t tell you guys how excited I am to run this gold line cycle we have put out recently! The time and effort that was put into this line absolutely shows when you get your hands on these vials.
As some of you may or may not know I’ve been working with monte as my coach for months now and I’m really liking the direction we are heading in. Started with him around 182-183lbs and after my cycle and cruise I’ve been able to maintain a weight of 196lbs as of yesterday morning!
So my cycle will be these products here minus the test cyp.
Dosages will be tren 300mg deca 300mg and test will be around 700mg, 4 iu of hgh and 50mg of proviron.
This was lastnight after my workout. I won’t be boring you everyday posting don’t worry.

2 sets - DB row- 115lbs x 11 115lbs x 9
1 set - Low cable Row- 270lbs x 10
2 - BB Incline Bench- 245lbs x 10 245x 6
2 - Hammer Shoulder Press- 120 x 10 x 7
2 - Squat Machine- 190lbs x 22 x 18
1/1 - Seated hamstring curl / walking lunges- 110lbs x 18 / 60lb bar
1 - Seated calf raise- 110lbs x 26
