After some health hiccups over the last decade, I’m back in the gym and feeling good but now also ten years older. I’ve got the plateau where I haven’t been able to break passed 198 pounds which is good considering this time last year I was 172. The gear, suppliers etc has changed since I’ve used supplements so where’s a legit place to go? I used to mix test, deca and hgh which worked wonders for me but I’m reading up on sarms and wondering if that’s a better alternative at my age (44). I still battle with my Lyme and celiac issues so something anti inflammatory would be ideal. I’m looking for “dry” gains meaning I’d like to bulk without water retention and get a bit more vascular.
