Best pre meals?

Newbie
Got some pre meal ideas I wanted to throw your way
* raw oatmeal with chopped up bananas and brown sugar
* eggs and toast (ezekial bread) with strawberry jam
*honeydew melon and pineapple (on hard cardio days)
*sweet potato, brown rice, and chicken breast with lemon (heavy upper body day)
What are the best go to pre workout foods for those who work out lower body hard? when I eat something I usually throw it up on those days lol
 
i train fasted for cardio and high rep training

if i am strength training i will have a couple eggs, a piece of low processed toast and/or fruit.

if you find yourself throwing up it is just cause your body cannot digest food and deal with the stress of your over training. so you need to eat atleast 2 hours prior

pre workout? I like to drink protein shakes with honey for a boost
