Bodybuilder post workout lunch

I have been training for the past month and I'm starting to improve my diet slowly over time. but I want to see if this lunch that I am going to do will help me build more muscle and keep off fat
What do you think about this lunch that i put together for myself?
It is a total of around 750 calories, 50 g of protein, 80 g of carbs, in about 15 G of fat
10 oz lean beef grass-fed
three cups of pasta
one cup of broccoli
 
you will always see me point people towards natural whole foods and away from processed junk food that are bodies simply do not understand. so swap out the pasta for some fruit.

100gram protein shake for me
