crossfit help for endurance/strength

so I am approximately 6 foot 1 inch and I weigh around 195 pounds
I have very good endurance and pretty good strength which I would like to improve on
which steroid cycle do you think would work best for me? I’m currently 40 years old and I train CrossFit four to five times a week

crossfit is fine but you should think about using cardarine gw not steroids for crossfit
 
steroids would not be the answer for crossfit as they would do more hindrance to you than help you... sarms would definitely be the answer and way to go... they are far more suitable to your goals...
