4pm 4 medium eggs 280 calories 28g protein
5pm 1 cup whole milk half serving protein powder 290 calories 24 grams protein
6pm 2 cups chicken breast 3 cups spinach and half cup rice 465 calories 95 grams protein
total 1800 calories 191 grams protein
Realized today that ground beef is not the way - having missed my protein goal slightly... Back to chicken and tuna tomorrow :/ Salmon and steak when I get paid friday
Felt weak on my leg lifts today but hit all my sets and didn't have to go down any weight just had to work harder. Also decided I won't be squatting every leg day during cut because it uses so much energy.. probably once every 3 leg days just for maintenance.
