Any help with how much calories I should be eating a day and how much protein I should be getting would be greatly appreciated. I have had a bit of struggle with being light headed and weak during intermittent fasting and think i may benefit more from only fasting for part of the week to start but that may not make any sense. I have a bit of a binge eating problem which I have mostly combated by eating a lot of spinach salad during the last cut.

@eternalzunshine light headed and weak during intermittent fasting means your body is toxic and has insulin sensitivity problems
get some electrolytes and drink them during the fasting period

and btw you are not the only one with an eating disorder here, we are all bodybuilders and steroid users with body image issues and eating issues

so on the diet before we have you do this or that

can you actually write down what you eat and when and how much?

give it 3 weeks man your body will adjust.. you are dizzy because you are addicted to sugars and carbs all the time. basically you are just like what happens to a smoker that quits

focus more on quality of calories vs. how many you get

There are online calculators which can do this based on info you put in
 
being light headed is normal
you can't go through life just using food everytime you feel bad
 
if you feel dizzy and then throw food at your body then your body will never switch over to insulin sensitivity
 
do you think pro athletes don't feel dizzy sometimes when they train? that is normal.
 
making your body stronger and improving your physique isn't gonna happen if you can't deal with some hangry side effects
 
you build insulin sensitivity by letting those dizzy spells run their course
just drink a lot of water and electrolytes

we want to hear when you eat, what you eat and when you feel dizzy
started 16/8 IF today. Food log incoming after I finish my last meal guys.
 
1620 calories and 218 grams protein total on 16/8 IF

11am 1/2 muscle milk protein shake in 1 cup whole milk, one can tuna, 3/4 cup yogurt, 1 banana
2pm 1 and a half cups chicken breast 3 cups spinach one whole tomato
5pm 1 and a half cups chicken
6pm one can tuna and 1/2 muscle milk protein shake with one cup whole milk

Did chest day and 30 mins cardio from 11-2 (cut almost half my chest exercises out as reccomended)
Felt like I ate a bit too much for the start of a fast will def be getting lower calorie milk next time I go to the store but wanted to hit my protein goal of 215 grams for the day.
