diet is very clean all ketogenic, rare to see

7pm pound of stake tips and a few prices of bacon

4x12 on fourth set go till failure pec flys 175

4x10 chest press 130

3 pull ups

4x10 hammer curls 30

4x10 Preacher curls

4x10 hip abductor lower chest workout 250
