7pm roughly 1.5 pounds of sirloin stake

4x10 lat pull downs 160

4x10 rows 160

3x10 mts rows at 70 per side

4x10 delt flys 130

5x10 cable tricep pull downs with rope 60

4x10 cable lat pull downs wide grip 200
 
carnivore i hope you adding psyllium husk
I’m not adding anything and please y’all stop recommending that I did add husk fish oil and probiotic and I got extremely sick for 3 days after couldn’t hold any food down so I’m not adding that stuff again

@Bark666 alright we are just trying to help you get your digestion better, you're eating a lot of meat and no fiber, that's a recipe for colon problems long term, that's why we are suggesting psyllium husk

24 hour fast with black coffee n water

7pm pound of stake tips and a few prices of bacon

4x12 on fourth set go till failure pec flys 175

4x10 chest press 130

3 pull ups

4x10 hammer curls 30

4x10 Preacher curls

4x10 hip abductor lower chest workout 250

that fast should have emptied you out
 
I rotate ground beef ground turkey and chicken alot of meat not enough help for digestion.
