Pull A
Cable pull over - 2 high volume warm up sets
HS plate loaded horizontal row (upper back) - top and back off
HS underhand pull down - top and back off
Single arm HS lat row - 1 top set
HS low row - 1 top set
Cable rope face pulls SS with HS shrugs - 2 sets
Seated rear DB lateral - 3 sets
Outward facing cable curl - 2 sets
Inward facing cable curl - 2 sets
Pull B
Single arm cable pull down - 1 top set with a double drop set
Single arm cable lat row - 1 top and back off
Wide tbar row - 1 top set
Underhand HS row - 3x10 pump set (leaning forward, straight up, leaning slightly back all one set just pushing as much blood in my back as possible)
Chest supported upper back DB row - 1 top set
Rear delt pull down - 1 top set with a double drop
Reverse pecdec - 1 top set and back off
Rope cable curl - pyramid set (start low on the stack do 10 reps then go up 1 pin each time doing 10 reps on each set. Up 5 down 5 all one set)
