Monday 29th September 2025:

Training (5:30am):

Incline DB Press: 40kg x 15, 40kg x 15, 70kg x 10, 70kg x 7
Machine Flys: 47kg x 12, 47kg x 15, 82kg x 12, 89kg x 8
Chest Dips: 20, 20, 14
DB Lat Raise: 7.5kg x 12, 10kg x 12, 10kg x 10, 10kg x 8
Upright Row: 17.5kg x 12, 32.5kg x 10, 32.5kg x 10, 32.5kg x 10
Tricep Pushdown: 21.25kg x 15, 32.5kg x 13, 36.25kg x 10, 36.25kg x 8
DB single arm tricep extension: 7.5kg x 10, 7.5kg x 12, 7.5kg x 12

General Health and Wellbeing:
First day of growth phase. Took 10mg of injectable superdrol 1hr before training today. Some good strength gains seen from it compared to last week. Haven't started on the EQ or NPP as (at the time of logging) the touchdown hasnt arrived yet. I've bumped the test dose up to my cycle dose though.

Sleep is still a problem and has been for months now. Just not getting solid sleep no matter what i do/take. Hopefully it doesnt negatively impact potential gains too much.
Tuesday 30th September 2025:

Training (5:30am):

Pull ups: 12, 10, 8
Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown: 40kg x 12, 50kg x 12, 70kg x 7, 70kg x 5
DB Row: 20kg x 12, 35kg x 12, 35kg x 8
Rear Delt Reverse Fly (machine): 33kg x 12, 40kg x 10, 40kg x 9, 40kg x 8
Face Pull: 25kg x 12, 32.5kg x 12, 36.25kg x 10
Bicup Curl (barbell): 25kg x 12, 25kg x 11, 25kg x 10
Hammer Curl (DB): 10kg x 12, 10kg x 12, 12.5kg x 8

General Health and Wellbeing:
Took 10mg of injectable superdrol 1hr before training again today. Not the same impact of lifts as it had yesterday. Sleep heavily impacted last night. Woke at 1:30am, 3:15am, 4am then 5am.

General Health and Wellbeing:
Trained a bit later than normal today. Daylight savings adjustment still settling in. Got a full nights sleep for a change though so thats a positive.
Weight is up 2kg since starting. Assume initial water weight/retention due to upping the the test dosage.

General Health and Wellbeing:
Had to do less sets with less rest between them today. Started my session late again and needed to be done within 45mins to get the kids fed and ready to be take to their grandparents on my way to work. Most exercises only had 1 working set as a result so i tried a little heavier than normal.

Going to start the EQ and NPP on my next injection - Thursday this week so we'll really get things under way then!
