high creatinine levels from food?

the doctor looked at my bloodwork and and my numbers were 15% over the range on creatinine. i tested it again 3 weeks later and same thing. i am worried and my doctor said he wants me to come back and do a kidney ultra sound. should i be worried i got kidney disease and also i'm not taking anything aside from supplements and working out 5X per week.

That's likely because you didn't use organ support on cycle, you should increase water intake to a gallon+ and take organ support double dose.

it is normal for your creatinine to be high when you are lifting day in and day out. stop lifting for 3 weeks then re-test and it will be normal. doctors go by numbers for the avg american couch potato but don't understand weight trainers are not the same

So don;t train for a week and don't use an supps and get it tested again.

if you are lifting heavy and intense and also taking in a higher protein diet, then this is perfectly normal...

You would have to stop training for a couple weeks and those numbers would come down.
