high fat low carb keto dieting

After paying Dave Palumbo a few hundred for his diet plan he put me on this type of diet and I've read the pro's and con's of this diet and had a few questions. it says that it will increase metabolism because low fat diets make the body slow down because now the body will tap into glycogen for energy. is this really what happens?

I dont believe in low fat diet, I believe in more high fat options.
 
the dave palumbo diets he sends to people are keto diets. so they are high fat, not low fat.

the problem with keto diets are they are poorly executed by people. example: even the most high fat beef is only 20% fat max. that isn't keto i'm sorry. also eating a steak it is mostly muscle, barely any fat. again not keto.

So you paid this guy money now you're here asking us? Sounds like you don't believe him...
 
Keto diets definitely work. More so if you have a lot of weight to lose. You just have to determine if it is something you can stick to long-term or not. All diets will fail if you cannot make it a lifestyle.
 
Keto diets are not something I endorse, especially for those that lift, but some people do like them
 
Been running a semi keto diet for about a month averaging low 30-50g of carbs a day.. and i can say personally feeling drained even tho keeping my fat and protein in good range. Keto definitely not for everyone

@Maxrep semi ketogenic, well 30-50grams of carbs is fully keto imo
have you checked the keto strips for ketones?
