I agree wit Mobster. Best thing you can do is learn how to diet and train properly. See how your body reacts to different types of each. No need to get into PEDs at thins point.
I also agree with Mobster. Unless you have a life/death situation where you need to jack up for something by a certain date, go natural for 3-6 months with a solid diet and training regime and see what gains you realize. If you never workout, maybe you can reach your goals naturally.
