Approved Log JJs Shoulder Surgery/Recovery Log

Hello Anabolex fam! I hope and pray that

1 week post surgery.....
doing good. Definitely in pain but probably more-so because I keep taking my arm out of the sling that is supposed to stay in for 6 weeks other than a few minutes a day for exercises and to shower but I keep taking it out for long periods and then the next day seems to be extra painful.
Still doing bpc157 500mcgs ed and tb500 2.5mgs eod.

•Does anyone know if the thing in this picture is something that is part of my shoulder or something that was implanted?

tried to look at the pic but I cant tell @jj210tx looks like bone to me what did the doc say?

did you start adding a lot of collagen and bone broth bro?

Wow, the barbecue looks amazing.
That's some good slabs of meat on there.

You will make back your lost gains in no time.

The important thing is that you get healthy in the first place,

shoulder injuries are definitely a bitch.
I would check out some athletes who have gotten the same injury and see what their timeline was.

I know for quarterbacks and pitchers with similar injuries.

They had to take about 6 months to get back.

JJ you are the man!
You're not giving up, even though you're going through a tough time,

From here it's all about diet and getting as much sleep as possible.

How are you sleeping with the shoulder Like that? I would imagine it's hard because you can only sleep on one side.

The first 3 nights really sucks cuz I had to sleep sitting up. Not to bad now though
