Not much to update. Went back to work last week just training someone, trying not to use my arm. Not going to lie, I haven't been wearing my sling much still.. Turns out that there was something partially torn in the mri that when he cut me open had torn all the way and he just left it. I know it's a lot of technical shit but here's the post-op report and the mri report.

Yeah sorry. Ive been slacking bad on this one. Just didn't ever really feel like there's much to update and also my wife's been having some health issues but yeah I'm good bro. Was supposed to start physical therapy yesterday but walked in and was informed it was going to be $120 a week for 12 weeks.... we're not doing that. Looks like I'll be doing my therapy on YouTube University! They have every bit of it on there broken down into the exact same phases, really don't think I'll be missing much. Anyway other than that just trying set myself up to make 2025 my biatch Hope all is well with you and the rest of "the fam" thanks for checking on me bro.

Exactly! no seriously though they have all the videos on YouTube broken down into the same phases, a lot of it is pretty standard apparently, I really don't think I'm losing anything by doing it this way.
