what kind of dosing should I do with the DECA
how long should I run it
what kind of benefits should I be expecting on it

Yes, Dylan and Steve are right in regards to it just masking the injury. A lot of times you end up worse by working an injured part and not realizing its hurt because the pain is masked and you can aggravate it further. I dont equate joint relief with deca durabolin personally. If you want to do deca thats fine 100mgs/week with a full cycle but you're better off using n2joint rx and ostarine for joints, maybe some hgh or mk677.
