Knee and elbow pain

I currently have a lot of knee and elbow pain
they hurt when I work out and also when I am waking up in the morning. it feels very cold and hard in my joints and I have to move myself around to get things warmed up
do you think this could result from some type of vitamin or mineral deficiency and if so what do I need to take to help with this issue.

start with joint support supplements and calcium thats where I would go with this

It can be Possible low on Vitamin D and Vitamin B12,
I would seek attention with your Primary care refer you to specialist Rheumatologist
For further testing, I suggest taking action before it gets worse.
