I work a job (firefighting industry) where they work me 24 hours on and off. I was weight training either before or mostly after work my last job where i went in from 9-5. now with this job it is 24 hours straight working and 24 hours straight off. how would you schedule your workouts based on this? i tried asking people i work with but they all drink and get wasted all the time. nobody cares about health
