Today is a breakfast cheat meal.

4 whole eggs/6 whites chicken omelet with grilled mushrooms/onions and BBQ sauce.

Hashbrowns with grilled onions/mushrooms and little bit of syrup.

Chocolate chip pancake.

Diet coke.

Stuffed!
 
Busy day at work, only got in 2 cups of rice and 4 packs of tuna. Selling cars in this heat zaps your energy quick especially when you can't stop to eat.



Any recommendations for a good high calorie/protein bar that's not full of sugar?

I like quest protein bars, fairly high calorie and taste good you just gotta drink water with them. 2-3 bars is like a huge meal

honestly i would rather you not eat anything then eat a 'protein bar' there is no healthy one man

you can make your own at home and take it if you want, or just pack some fruit and nuts

I have a mini fridge at my desk. I'll load up of raw cashews/pistachios/fruit.

I stopped using Whey. Makes me bloated and gassy. Haha
I used egg white protein now, amazing stuff.

This is why I love EQ.

Got the gym all by myself. No spotter, going to be a heavy rep night instead of max.
