Haven't been gaining much but my shape/strength is still improving!

But considering changing it up.
My legs are lacking and i dont want to get anymore out of proportion. So im gonna tinker with a few things but have legs 3x a wk. 1 quad + X, one Ham + X and then 1 whole leg day.
