I have to shamefully admit my cals aren't consistent. But I hit my minimum macros set

200+ carb
Fats ... x?
Sugar <50g (I wish I could say I didn't break this atleast 1x a week..)
Cals 3200+
I favor beef but eat chicken/turkey often. Both daily more often than not. Need to incorporate more fish, but I'm not a fan of most of it
