Tried plain rice cakes and peanut butter with only peanuts and salt in it let me know if I should consider that for a PREWORKOUT snack or if I should ditch it
Yes I have definitely started to feel stronger lifts are going up around 10-20 pounds a week depending on the lift. Will post log in a hour or 2 once I finish dinner
