Approved Log My cycle prep Log - bulking plan

Today was a rest day I walked for 1 hour and 30 min to burn 525cal
What I ate is logged in Cronometer with screenshots below
Tried plain rice cakes and peanut butter with only peanuts and salt in it let me know if I should consider that for a PREWORKOUT snack or if I should ditch it

but pre workout dont do peanut butter no good
go with protein shake and 1tbps of honey and go train

Cooked egg whites I just take a pic of the container. Ok sounds good
 
food looks incredible
you are doing a great job mixing it up
 
lots of variety to your diet
seeing a lot of veggies which is good
