Sounds good is there an intended range you want to see me go up by next leg day,or is it more of a general statement?
 
maybe ease up a touch on the carbs but keep your protein strong
 
keep up with the healthy eating as much as you can
 
Pump pic from some swimming I just did. I’m about to do some recovery in the sauna,hot tub and steam room

I was thinking of running some sr or gw to help me lean down faster in preparation for my cycle. Let me know what you guys think

Would you say they are equally as good or is gw better than stenabolic
 
Todays log everything I ate is in Cronometer with pics besides for 12 oz of the filet got too hungry and devoured it lol.
Did some recovery 15 min sauna,15 min hot tub,15 min steam room
Did a 1hr swim workout for cardio focused on distance
Swim workout total time 1hr

300 kick

300 swim

300 pull

50 butterfly sprint

200 breaststroke

Focused on distance today
